If you choose to refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any applicable taxes and duties, as well as cost of returning the package. Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued in such cases.

 

LOST PACKAGES If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and provide you with replacement products at no additional cost.
